Coverage Overview
Motors & Motor-Related Parts:
5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Fabric:
5-year warranty coverage.
All Other Components:
Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Our warranty includes repair or replacement of defective parts including motors, internal mechanisms, brackets, operational cords, remotes, and wands using like or similar components at no charge within the applicable warranty period.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, exposure to the elements (including fading or sun damage), or costs related to shipping, removal, reinstallation, or service visits outside of specified coverage periods.
Service & Repairs
Within the first month of purchase, driving and installation fees are covered for qualifying warranty repairs (excluding motor limit or spring adjustments).
After the initial coverage period, service and installation fees may apply depending on order type and location.
Local service options are available for distributors in Calgary, Red Deer, and surrounding areas. Shipping policies apply for distributors outside these regions.
Ongoing Support
We also provide free training for motor pairing and adjustments, and may host workshops for distributors.
